Partners can hire us to execute an end to end project from an offshore location. We appoint Project Managers, Senior Technical and Functional consultants and their teams to such implementation projects. The Project Manager not only communicates with the end customer but also with the Partner in order to give and get updates. Our senior consultants are the ones that gather and document information from the end customer. We have two basic approaches to offshore implementation projects.

Our partners can made ready use of our customer support portal to enter support tickets.
